Official Bons license
The official website of Bons operates in accordance with the Curacao license. This document is a confirmation of the legality of the company and allows it to organize gambling in India.
Excluded countries
The Curaçao license confirms the company’s right to accept sports betting and organize online gambling in all countries that support the legitimacy of this jurisdiction. This applies to India and dozens of other states except for the prohibited ones: Curaçao, the Netherlands, France, the Dutch West Indies and Australia.
If the company provides services in these countries, you can report it to the Curaçao Gaming Commission. An investigation will be conducted based on the complaint. But beforehand we ask you to make sure that this company does not operate in the excluded country under another license.
Relinquishment of brand ownership rights
The Curaçao Gaming Commission and its members are not part of the management of the companies that are granted a license. We do not own the brands and have no influence over their decisions or actions. Responsibility for such decisions rests entirely with the management of the companies. The Curaçao Gaming Commission is not involved.
