Bons Antifraud
The Bons official website and mobile app are operated legally in India – under a Curaçao license. As a legal gaming site, we are very negative about any attempts of fraud, cheating and financial scams. We encourage users to play fairly and not to violate company rules.
Rules and restrictions for players
To minimize the number of violations, the following rules are in place on the Bons site:
- Only adult users are allowed to register. Persons under the age of 18 cannot create an account. If you provide a false date of birth, all accounts will be blocked;
- Each player has the right to make only one account. Re-registration is prohibited. If you create more than one account, all of them will be blocked along with the money on the balance;
- Deposits and withdrawals can only be made through payment systems that are registered in your name. It is forbidden to use electronic wallets of third parties;
- Each payment method has its own minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits. The transaction amount must comply with them;
- At any time, Bons Support may require you to undergo verification. Until your identity is confirmed, your account functionality may be limited. In particular, you will not be able to withdraw money.
If a user is suspected of fraud, their account will be blocked until the circumstances are clarified. The blocking will become permanent if the fraud is confirmed. The Bons administration may also transfer the personal data of the offender to law enforcement authorities for further investigation.
